How does the NORVASC Savings Card work at a retail pharmacy?

Give your NORVASC Savings Card to the pharmacist each time you fill your prescription. By using the Card, you'll pay as little as $0 per refill and receive savings of up to $75 per refill. The Card is good for a maximum savings of $900 per calendar year. Use your Card every time you refill your NORVASC prescription. The Card is good until December 31, 2017.

How does the NORVASC Savings Card work for mail-order prescriptions?

Mail-in redemptions have different terms and conditions from pharmacy redemptions. Patients who receive their prescription via a mail-order pharmacy program, for a 90-day supply, will pay the first $0 for the 90-day supply. Pfizer will pay the remaining amount, up to $225, or the amount of your co-pay, for a maximum savings of $900 per calendar year. The Card is good until December 31, 2017. For a 60-day supply, patients will pay $0 for the 60-day supply, and Pfizer will pay the remaining amount, up to $150 or the amount of your co-pay, for a total savings of $900 per calendar year. The Card is good until December 31, 2017. For each mail-order supply, patients may request reimbursement via a mail-in rebate:

  • Make a copy of your pharmacy receipt (cash register receipt NOT valid)
  • Circle the product name, date, and price
  • Make a copy of the front of your NORVASC Savings Card and write your name and address at the top
  • Mail to the address below:

How much will I save?

By using the Card, patients receive savings of up to $75 per refill. The Card is good for a maximum savings of $900 per calendar year. Patients who receive their prescription via a mail-order pharmacy program, for a 90-day supply, will pay $0 for the 90-day supply. Pfizer will pay the remaining amount, up to $225, or the amount of your co-pay, for a maximum savings of $900 per calendar year. For a 60-day supply, patients pay $0 for the 60-day supply, and Pfizer will pay the remaining amount, up to $150 or the amount of your co-pay, for a total savings of $900 per calendar year. The Card can be used for every NORVASC prescription and refill. The Card is good until December 31, 2017.

I don't have prescription drug coverage or insurance. Can I still participate in the NORVASC Savings Card offer?

Yes, even if you pay for your medicine without an insurance plan, you can use the Card to purchase NORVASC. You will still need to meet the eligibility criteria in the Terms and Conditions.

What happens after the date on the Card has passed?

Once the date on the Card has passed, there is a chance that we will have discontinued this program and you can no longer use the Card.

Can I use the Card in conjunction with other rebates?

No. The NORVASC Savings Card can't be combined with any other rebate, coupon, free trial, or savings offer on the same prescription.

My pharmacist couldn't process my NORVASC Savings Card. How do I get reimbursed?

If you've already filled your prescription, you can receive reimbursement via a mail-in rebate:

  • Make a copy of your pharmacy receipt (cash register receipt NOT valid)

Can I use the NORVASC Savings Card for other medications I'm taking?

No. The Card can be used only for brand-name NORVASC prescriptions.

My Card is damaged. How can I get a new one?

If your Card is damaged, you can re-register for a new one. You may also call 1-855-252-0283 to speak to a customer service representative for a replacement Card.

What if I lose my Card? How can I get a new one?

If your Card is lost, you can re-register for a new one. You may also call 1-855-252-0283 to speak to a customer service representative for a replacement Card.

Is there a minimum number of tablets I need to purchase in order to use the Card?

The minimum quantity for redemption is 30 tablets—that’s a 30-day supply when prescribed NORVASC once a day by your healthcare provider.

How often can the Card be used?

The NORVASC Savings Card can be used once a month for each fill, for a maximum benefit of up to $900 per calendar year.

How quickly can I use the Card after I've printed it or received it in the mail?

Once you have printed your Card, it is activated. It will be ready to use right away with a NORVASC prescription. The Card cannot be used with Medicare or Medicaid. It is not valid for residents of Massachusetts. Limit one per person. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
